I love the monotone colors of browns, yellows, and oranges. This really makes me want the leaves to have changed here already. I also think you did a great job with the composition such as the dof and how the branch hangs slightly downward. The water droplets on the leaf are also very beautiful and a great addition to the photo. Lastly, this is a very simple photo when you first look at it, but when looked at closely there is some wonderful details such as the viens in the leaves, the water droplets, the dark brown specks on the leaves, and even one line of a spider web. Great job!
