What macro! I love the details of the snowflake, and the choice to go black and white is a great idea. This helps to emphasize the texture of the snowflake, making it look more icy. The contrast makes this photo very beautiful.

I think though, the snowflake on the right seems a little messed up and disrupts my viewing of the piece. But, no nature is perfect and that's what adds the beauty to this photo, showing the asymmetry that nature is famous for.

Maybe it is me, but I think the exposure could be a smidge higher, making the overall piece brighter. If you were to do this in photo editing software like Photoshop, I would say +3 or +4 in the brightness/contrast setting.
